The PGA TOUR is proud to make its home in Florida, a state that shares our organizations enthusiasm for the great sport of golf.
Our national headquarters have been based at Ponte Vedra Beach since 1979. Five Tournament Players Clubs, including the TPC of Tampa Bay, are located here and rate among Floridas top courses.
Tampa is one of the more prominent areas for the PGA TOUR. A number of our players live near this western Florida city, which offers extraordinary golf facilities, good weather and easy transportation to our many tournaments nationwide and around the world. Just across the state, fans can visit the World Golf Village and World Golf Hall of Fame near St. Augustine.
We hope that The PGA TOUR Guide to Golf, an officially licensed publication of the PGA TOUR, will be a thorough guide to this area, whether youre vacationing, taking in a PGA TOUR event or simply enjoying a casual round of golf.
