Guide to Golf, Inc., publishes
regional guides to golf titled PGA TOUR Guide to
Golf. Each PGA TOUR Guide to Golf features comprehensive
editorial and advertisements of each region's first-class
resorts, golf courses, accommodations, real estate, dining
and entertainment.
The PGA TOUR has entered into a licensing agreement with
Guide to Golf, Inc. to develop and distribute PGA TOUR branded
regional golf guides in more than 40 key national and international
markets over the next several years.
PGA TOUR Guide to Golf will promote the tournaments, players and
charitable efforts of the PGA TOUR, the Champions Tour and the Nationwide
Tour. It also will highlight the World Golf Village and The First Tee, the
World Golf Foundation's initiative designed to introduce golf and its
values to those who otherwise would not have an opportunity to play.
"This is yet another example of how we reach consumers with our
brand while promoting our players and tournaments, and that is our
primary mission," said Leo McCullagh, the PGA TOUR's Vice President
of Retail Licensing and Consumer Marketing. "What is particularly
exciting about this undertaking is that the PGA TOUR Guide to Golf
also serves as a functional utility for all golfers in that respective
market when choosing where to play."
Guide to Golf, Inc. also has published World Golf Village Vacation Guide
for the World Golf Foundation since World Golf Village opened in 1998 and The
Tournament Players Club Experience for the TPC network.
